Wow,
what a year so far! The Lord has
blessed our church, especially our junior high and senior high
young people.
As
most of you know we have moved the
youth services from the North Canton
Middle School to our new home on
Freedom Avenue in Jackson Township, about a mile from the church. Pastor
Clancy and his staff are committed to
not only bringing in many young
people to hear God's Word. but they
are also committed to building
relationships with these young lives. If you
have children who are in sixth grade
or older, and who are not presently
attending The Chapel's youth
services, please consider taking them
to our new building or contact me to arrange transportation after the
9:00
service on Sunday mornings.
We
also have mid-week Bible studies that can serve to encourage and
strengthen what has been taught to
our youth on Sunday morning.
The
youth staff is constantly attempting
to give these young people every
opportunity to hear God's word and
interact with other Christian young
people. This interaction allows them
to be accountable to each other and
serve as an important support chain
when those tough times come and they
need a source of comfort and advice.
Please
pray for our young people and those
who are attempting to serve them.
With all that's going on in the world today, we need to give our young
people the opportunity to run the
race that is before them alongside
other young people who are running toward the
same goal.
In Christ,
Tom Robb
